Our Policy

Reservations:

24-hour minimum advance notice is preferred, but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Confirmations:

Confirmations will be emailed and should be reviewed carefully.

*Quoted prices are only estimates of expected fares.

Cancellations:

Sedan and SUV cancellations made 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup time are without penalty. All cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to the full rate and standard 20% gratuity charge.

Coach, Mini Coach  and Sprinter Van cancellations must be submitted  24 hours in advance of service.

Additional stops:

All additional stops, pickups & drop-offs added to a scheduled transfer will be billed in 15 minute increments.

After hours:

Any scheduled transportation starting during the hours of 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM will have a $20.00 surcharge.

Gratuity:

We encourage a minimum of 20% gratuity to our chauffeurs. All billed transportation will include a 20% gratuity.

Holidays:

The following holidays Christmas Eve after 3 pm thru Christmas Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Years Eve after 5 pm thru New Year’s Day are subject to the following surcharge.

Transfers are subject to a $30.00 surcharge

Hourly service is subject to a 20% surcharge

Parking & Tolls:

All parking fees and tolls incurred will be applied to the final bill.

Our Chauffeur:

At GLET, we are extremely selective when it comes to hiring our chauffeurs.  We only hire the most professional and trustworthy individuals.

  • Consistent drug & alcohol testing
  • Well trained, extremely courteous & proper attire

Chauffeur Service Standards:

  • Arrival protocol is 15 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time.
  • Complimentary chilled bottled water is available for all guests.
  • Assist with baggage from doorstep to doorstep
  • Pre-plan the best route to efficiently arrive at the destination.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean.
